Privacy Policy

International Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“IPI”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ipi.ph, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

IPI is the personal information controller. Our registered address is B. Suico St., Tingub, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014, Philippines.

What we collect, and why

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, contact number (optional), the topic and subject of your inquiry, and your message. We use this solely to respond to you. Legal basis: your consent.

• Job applications. Your name, email address, contact number, cover note and CV. We use this only to assess your application. Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to entering an employment contract.

• Cookie consent record. When you make a cookie choice, we record that choice, the date and time, the version of this policy you were shown, your browser’s user agent, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We store a hash, not the address itself, because we need to evidence that consent was given without retaining an identifier we have no other use for.

• Analytics. Only if you consent. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database, file storage and email delivery.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — where we display our own Facebook posts. Note that we fetch these on our servers on a schedule; your browser does not contact Facebook when you read them here.

How long we keep it

• Contact inquiries: 12 months from submission, then automatically deleted.

• Job applications: 12 months from submission, then automatically deleted along with any CV you uploaded.

• Cookie consent records: retained as evidence of consent, as required.

Deletion runs automatically each night. It is not a manual process.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is processed;

• access the personal data we hold about you;

• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

• object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time;

• request erasure or blocking of your data;

• data portability, where applicable;

• be indemnified for damages arising from unlawful processing; and

• lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

To exercise any of these, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only. Submitted data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with access restricted to authorised IPI personnel, and all administrative changes are recorded in an audit log. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the version shown in the site footer and, where the change affects cookies, ask for your consent again.
