Casino

In the 1990s IPI introduced the first flip-top covered ethyl alcohol in the Philippines — a small design change that made the category markedly easier to live with.

Before the flip-top, alcohol bottles were spilled, mislaid and awkward to use one-handed. Casino changed that, and the format is now so familiar it is easy to forget it had to be introduced.

It is a good illustration of how IPI approaches wellness: the innovation that matters most is often the one that removes a small, daily friction for millions of people.
