The contributions of cross-functional departments are vital in the development of new products. As a project manager, my way of developing harmonious relations with different departments is to understand and relate to their tasks and processes that contribute to the development of our products. In relating to them, it is easier for me to suggest ways on how we can efficiently do things without compromising the quality of our outputs partnered with good communication and compassion.

Brief Job Description:

  • Owns and drives the monthly sales and operations planning (S & OP) process for the entire company.
  • Communicates and aligns updated sales forecasts with all stakeholders, including top management. Presents business numbers during monthly meetings.
  • Coaches and manages a team of demand planners
  • Oversees generation of rolling 18-month base forecast using historical trends
  • Coordinates supply situation with other department heads
